William L. Cate, RA

Bill was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, and enjoys residing in Silver Spring, MD. He has the experience of living and working in major eastern cities including Boston, MA, Washington, DC, and Miami, FL. He received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami in 1996 and a Master of Science Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from MIT in 2001. He has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and real estate fields, and is known for getting it done. He has worked directly with major real estate portfolio owners including EastBanc, The George Washington University, MGAC/Glenstone Museum, Washington REIT, Ditto Residential, Hines, and MIT.  He believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with Bill, you should expect a collaboration with honesty, transparency and consistency. Bill spends his spare time with his wife, Karen, and three children, Madi, Avery, and Will, ages 20, 18, and 14, respectively.
