William L. Cate
President/CEO
Bill was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, and enjoys residing in Silver Spring, MD. He has the experience of living and working in major eastern cities including Boston, MA, Washington, DC, and Miami, FL. He received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami in 1996 and a Master of Science Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from MIT in 2001. He has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and real estate fields, and is known for getting it done. He has worked directly with major real estate portfolio owners including EastBanc, The George Washington University, MGAC/Glenstone Museum, Washington REIT, Ditto Residential, Hines, and MIT. He believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with Bill, you should expect a collaboration with honesty, transparency and consistency.

About: Designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, this state-of-the-art, 254,803-square-foot Mediterranean-style building is located one block south of Miracle Mile and is part of a mixed-use development, which includes condominiums, retail and a public garden. The building, which combines highly efficient floor plates with an elegant yellow exterior, rises 12 stories from the popular retail district below where first-class restaurant, hotel and shopping amenities can be found. The project provides excellent access to the Miami International Airport and downtown Miami and was completed in 2004.
